The filename for this mode has changed to eiffel.el (for compatibility
with Emacs Lisp coding standards - the filename was 1 character too
long :-).  eiffel.el can be downloaded via:

  http://meltin.net/hacks/emacs/

The latest version is usually at:

  http://meltin.net/hacks/emacs/src/eiffel.el

However, you're better off bookmarking the main hacks/emacs/ page,
since there are useful things like a ChangeLog linked to from there...
